Project Summary

Renovation and redevelopment of the Howard Hughes Corporation’s former headquarters building in Columbia entailed designs for revised site access, parking reconfiguration, new landscaping, and a stormwater management retrofit of the 7.5-acre site. The existing iconic Rouse Building Office Complex, originally designed by world famous architect Frank Gehry, was renovated to accommodate a Whole Foods Market, a health club, and additional office space.
