Orchard Park at Ballenger Run

Project Summary

Preparation of Site Plans, Improvement Plans and Final Subdivision Plats for a 210-unit apartment complex in Frederick County, MD.   The layout consisted of four main buildings, each four stories tall, with a mixture of one, two, and three-bedroom units.  Two of the buildings and the clubhouse/community pool are located on the north side of Black Locust Drive and the other two are on the south side.  The project features a walking trail connected to the main recreational path along Ballenger Creek and a tot-lot play area for the residents.
