Project Summary

DMW provided civil engineering, landscape architecture, and construction period services for the new 14,000 GSF LEED Silver Lacrosse Facility located at the Homewood Campus. DMW assisted the design team by developing Design and Construction level drawings for the site which included preparation of a grading plan, erosion and sediment control plan, stormwater management plan, private utility plan with water, sewer, storm drain design, landscape plan, and detailed hardscape plan. LEED-related civil engineering and landscape services were also provided as part of the scope of services. Construction period services include response to ASIs (Architects Supplemental Instructions) and RFIs (Request for Information) as well as the Stormwater Management As-Built. Stakeout services for sewer, water, storm drain, building, etc. were also provided.
