Project Summary

DMW delivered design solutions for an access road stream crossing, parking lots, bus parking/loading area, teaching court, playgrounds and surrounding open-space areas in support of this new 700-seat public elementary school near Perry Hall. DMW’s designs resolved multiple site development challenges including site access, extensive wetlands and streams, and severe terrain.
