CIVIL ENGINEERING PROJECT MANAGER (TOWSON OFFICE)
DMW has an opportunity for a Project Manager who is interested in professional advancement. We are currently seeking a Civil Engineer having at least 5-years of design experience related to land development, civil engineering, and project management on Residential, Commercial, Institutional, and Industrial projects. Candidates must be willing to take on project management responsibilities and run land development projects. All candidates must also have experience working as a Civil Engineer and an understanding of civil design including but not limited to SWM, SEC, road and wet utility design, grading and layouts. Responsibilities will include daily management, operations, coordination, and overall integration of technical project activities; leading quality assurance and plan checking procedures; supervising and directing daily staff/project work; and assists in project strategy with negotiations needed to move project forward.
Minimum Requirements:
- BS in Civil Engineering or equivalent;
- Professional Engineer license;
- Basic CAD software experience and Civil 3D software knowledge;
- Basic business and financial acumen with budgeting and design experience.
